Delivery times

Delivery times range from 2 to 10 days and depend on whether your chosen items are in stock in our UK warehouse. We always aim for 2-3 days delivery, and we achieve this 95% of the time.

Chemical delivery is subject to approval.

Our Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes items may need to be exchanged or returned. 

Any unwanted items may be returned within 14 days of delivery of the items. You must have proof of purchase and delivery date.

The items must be returned in their original packaging with all correct tagging and unused in a re-saleable condition in order for an exchange or refund provided. 

The detail

We strive for complete customer satisfaction throughout our entire product range. However you may either wish to exchange the item for another or on rare occasions, there may be a fault with your item. Your rights under the E-Commerce Regulations [2002], Distance Selling Regulations [2000] and the Sale of Goods Act (1979) are acknowledged and unaffected by this policy.

Not happy with your goods? We are here to help.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, then we offer a “no questions” exchange or refund provided the goods are received within 14 days of receipt. Please return the goods in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition and please make sure that they’re unused, in their original packaging with any labels, tags or hygiene seals still attached. If the goods are received after this date, they will be returned to you.

How to return goods

We offer a returns service for goods returned in the UK please fill out the returns form provided detailing reason for return, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. A returns address label will be in your package, the returns address is:

We recommend returning by 1st class recorded delivery, please retain the proof of posting.

As soon as we receive the returned items we will deal with the return promptly and notify you by email once the return has been processed. You are very welcome to bring any returns to the shop where we can either offer an exchange or a refund which must match the original payment method used.

Please note we cannot offer a refund or exchange for clothes that have been worn and are untagged.

Refunds

We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy and including the costs of returning the product to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Any refund due to you will be processed as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we received your returned product.

Unfortunately if you return a product in contravention of our returns policy, we are unable to refund or exchange the goods.

The Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations [2000] you have the right to cancel but you must notify us of returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us either by email, or in writing to explain the problem with your item and notify us of the return.

Claims for goods damaged in transit must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

For refunds and exchanges you must return the original item to us with the original packaging and in new condition. The contents and quantity of the product must be as originally sold.

All returned goods must properly packed and sent by recorded delivery.

Please ensure that you include your order number, name and contact details (email and phone number, if possible) with your return in addition to a brief description (1-2 sentences) about why you are returning the products.

Once an order has been dispatched; return postage will only be refunded if the products are deemed to be faulty as defined in the Sale of Goods Act 1979. Additionally, we are unable to offer refunds for the initial postage costs of your order unless the returned products are deemed faulty.

Refunds for cancelled and returned goods will be made as soon as possible and within 30 days of the notification of cancellation as required by the regulations.
